Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. During high-volume periods, processing times may be extended.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Delivery estimates begin once your order ships.

You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order ships. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

We currently ship within the United States. International shipping options will be announced as the brand expands.

VQLUMES is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, or incorrect address details.

Please verify your shipping address before checkout. Orders returned due to address errors may require a reshipment fee.

If your order shows delivered but is missing, contact the carrier first. If you need additional help, reach out and we'll assist where possible.
